Kombucha Maté is a refreshing drink with a sweet and sour taste and a pleasant earthy aroma. The basis of this drink is an infusion of Yerba Maté leaves (Paraguayan holly), which is left to mature with kombucha. It is sweetened only with apple juice and lemon juice gives it a fresh taste. Yerba maté is a traditional South American drink that has gained great popularity in our country. It contains lots of antioxidants and has a positive effect on our energy and concentration. The drink is not sweetened with sugar, does not contain any dyes or added aromas.

Kombucha comes from East Asia, it is a symbiotic formation that forms colonies of bacteria and yeast. In ancient China, it was considered a gift from God. Traditionally, the kombucha drink is made from black tea, sugar and tea fungus. Kombucha from yerba maté leaves has not only a refreshing but also a very invigorating taste.
