Linseed oil from BIO PLANETE is exceptionally mild and not bitter thanks to the unique mechanical 3D filtration, which preserves all important nutrients in the oil. Thanks to its pleasant slightly nutty taste, it is also popular with children. The oil should not be heated, so add it only to ready-made dishes or use it in cold cooking. It is suitable for example with rice, potatoes, boiled or stewed vegetables, but also as an addition to muesli, yoghurt, cottage cheese, etc. It is also very rich in Omega 3 unsaturated fatty acids: 47 g /100 ml.
