Loose herbal mixtures developed in cooperation with the Department of Pharmacognosy and Pharmaceutical Botany of the Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové, Charles University. Based on long-term experience from traditional folk use and in accordance with the results of so-called Evidence-based medicine.
Dietary supplement.
Rosehip, thyme, elderberry, linden and licorice contribute to healthy respiratory function. Linden and meadowsweet support the sweating process.

Ingredients:
thyme leaves (Thymi herba), anise fruit (Anisi fructus), elderberry flower (Sambuci flos), linden flower (Tiliae flos), licorice root (Liquiritiae radix), meadowsweet leaves (Filipendulae ulmariae herba), rosehip fruit (Cynosbati fructus).
Preparation:
Pour 250 ml of hot water (80 °C) over a tablespoon of the herbal mixture, prepare the infusion in a covered container for 10-15 minutes.
Recommended dosage:
2 to 3 cups per day.
Warning:
Duration of use max. 4 weeks, the herbal mixture is not suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women. Not suitable for children under 18 years of age, for people sensitive to salicylates and for people with blood clotting disorders. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
