Tofu stew
A la Bourguignonne refers to a favorite dish of the French, who like to prepare their meat or tofu stew in the Burgundian way by deglazing with Burgundy wine.
Then we wash it down with a red Pinot Noir.
Preparation: Fry the tofu stew cubes in olive oil on medium heat/level 5 - 10 minutes, turning them so that they cook evenly.
