BIO and RAW lucuma powder Zdravý den® is naturally sweet and has a taste similar to vanilla with maple syrup. It is used as a sugar substitute or as an excellent ingredient to flavor various dishes. It can also be used as a partial replacement for flour in baking.
It is obtained from dried lucuma fruits that ripen on a tree in the Peruvian Andes and were grown according to the rules of organic farming. The fruits are slowly dried at low temperature and then ground into a fine powder. It is suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Gluten-free.
