Lucuma is a tree growing up to 10 m tall. Its homeland is the South American Andes valleys, which extend into the present-day states of Chile, Ecuador and Peru. The phytotherapeutically useful part is the round green fruit, which has a very dry pulp with a characteristic taste, reminiscent of the taste of maple and sweet potatoes.

Recommended dosage and method of preparation:
BIO lucuma powder can be used to make cocktails, which it adds a very good flavor to. It can also be added to various doughs, oatmeal, smoothies, puddings, but also to homemade ice cream.
A 150 g package of BIO lucuma corresponds to 645 g of fresh BIO Pouteria lucuma fruit.
Preparation TIP: Add only 2x more water than powder to the glass of powder and mix to a paste, which we dilute with liquid - no lumps form.
