The AF designation stands for Alcohol Free – a product with 0% alcohol content. Unique technology and multiple extraction were used in production. AF tinctures retain the maximum amount of active ingredients, taste and aroma of the herb used.

Lungwort is a perennial herb growing up to 30 cm tall. We consider Europe to be the original habitat of lungwort, where it is still most widespread today. Lungwort leaves and shoots are used in phytotherapy, especially during the flowering period, when lungwort has the highest content of active ingredients. Lungwort is sought after for its positive effect on respiratory health. Its young leaves are added to soups or salads, for example, in England.

The tincture does not contain any alcohol, dyes or sweeteners.

Recommended dosage and method of preparation: After shaking, take 20 drops 3 times a day. We recommend placing it in the mouth and allowing it to be absorbed through the mucous membranes. It can be washed down with a small amount of water. The recommended daily dose contains an extract equivalent to 2,406 mg of fresh plant matter.
