The big plus of maca extract is its easy preparation and reduced volume of raw material required. To achieve the same effect, you only need to eat 4x less than recommended for the root. In addition, thanks to the included dosing spoon, you can measure the required amount quite accurately. The extract has a pleasant taste and aroma.

Maqui is a perennial biennial plant of small stature, growing up to 15 cm in height. It has a specific sweet taste and aroma.

Maqui has a beneficial effect on physical and mental health. It is used as a means of supporting stamina and vitality, and is suitable for athletes and people with physically demanding jobs.

Dosage and method of use: Mix 0.5 g of maca extract in a small amount of water or juice and drink it preferably in the morning with breakfast, then the same amount after lunch (max. dose 1 g per day). The package includes a measuring spoon, 1 g of maca extract = 12 heaped measuring spoons.
