Product detailed description
As a purely natural sweetener obtained by thickening the sap of the sugar maple tree, maple syrup (along with honey and molasses) is an excellent helper in replacing refined white sugar. Maple syrup is graded by color, and thus taste. The lighter the color, the softer the less intense the aroma and taste, and the more expensive the syrup. Grade A (Canada No. 1 Light) is a very light, delicate and luxurious syrup, suitable as a gift. Grade B (Canada No. 2 Medium) is a light maple syrup, with a less intense maple flavor. Grade C (Canada No.2 Amber) is the most popular among Europeans and has a pleasant maple flavor. Grade D (Canada No. 3 Dark) is a dark syrup suitable for gastronomy and food production.
VOLUME: 250 ml
COUNTRY OF ORIGIN: Canada
USE: Grade C is suitable for table use and cooking. It is suitable for flavoring ready-made dishes: pancakes, pancakes, plain yogurt, muesli, and ice cream and fruit cups. You can use maple syrup to replace white sugar in cooking and baking at a ratio of 3 parts syrup to 4 parts sugar.
WARNING: Customers sometimes find real maple syrup too thin. There are also "fake" syrups on sale that contain sugar, glucose syrup, corn syrup, artificial flavors, colorings, etc. instead of 100% concentrated maple juice. These products are usually thicker than real maple syrup. However, they should not be called maple syrup (they usually are) and should be much cheaper than real maple syrup (they usually are not)!!!
