Marco – Ambrosia peruviana – ground herb. The advantage of the powder is that it is very easy to prepare.
Marco is a perennial herb or subshrub growing up to two meters high. It belongs to the Asteraceae family
– asteraceae. The herb originates from the Peruvian Andes, is found in South American countries
and is famous for its intense aroma. It is very often found as a shrub on damp, muddy river banks in the coastal areas of the Andean valleys and on the edges of the forest.
The entire above-ground part of the plant is collected. It was used mainly by the ancient Incas in spiritual rituals.

Traditional use:
Mix one teaspoon of powder in water and drink. Use 1–2 times a day.
TIP for preparation: Add only 2 times more water than powder to the glass of powder
and mix to a paste, which is diluted with liquid - no lumps are formed.
