Carrots fermented with lactic acid
Carrots cut into thin strips are transformed into an extraordinary taste experience in the style of Korean kimchi through lactic fermentation. Our fresh carrots are carefully selected and gently processed. In addition to sea salt, only beet sugar is added.
Ideal as a salad or side dish.
