Yerba mate, or Paraguayan holly, is an evergreen tree that grows up to 20 m tall in nature. The dried leaves of this tree are used to make the traditional South American drink yerba mate, which is a natural stimulant.
In recent years, it has become increasingly popular as a healthy coffee substitute. Like coffee, it contains caffeine, but it also contains many other substances that are beneficial to the body.

Drinking yerba mate refreshes the body, helps to suppress mental and physical fatigue. It is used in body weight control, has beneficial effects on fat metabolism. It promotes the excretion of water from the body. The green form of yerba mate has a greenish-brown color and a pleasantly fresh aroma. The taste is strong, slightly astringent and long-lasting.

Instructions for preparation and dosage:
Pour 250 ml of boiling water over one tea bag. Cover with a lid and let it steep to a temperature suitable for drinking. We use it 2 times a day.
