Fragrant hay with parsley and chamomile for rodents.

Ingredients: meadow hay, dried parsley, chamomile flowers, red clover.

Hay in a rabbit's diet: is the basis of the feed ration. Preferably meadow (a mixture of various meadow grasses and herbs) and dust-free (otherwise respiratory problems may occur)
Hay in the manger loses its smell during the day. It is good to put hay in the manger continuously during the day.
The fiber contained in the hay supports intestinal peristalsis and maintains a microbacteriological balance in the intestines. This fiber is vital for rabbits (among other things, it helps to excrete hair that it gets into itself during daily hygiene). The rabbit has to chew the hay longer, which wears down its molars. It contains vitamin D (due to UV radiation) and beta-carotene (a precursor to vitamin A). It has a positive effect on reproduction. The digestible fiber in hay is a source of energy, replacing starch.
