It is obtained by natural evaporation of sea water in artificially created salt lakes on a protected sea coast. In addition to sodium chloride, it contains about 2% of other minerals present in sea water. Unlike regular table salt, it does not contain anti-caking agents and added iodine compounds and has a richer taste. However, it also contains a little less salt. We can also use it as a bath salt without dyes and aromas.
