Micellar casein is a gradually released protein in the form of micelles made from grass-fed milk originating from the European Union. It is produced by ultrafiltration of milk protein, therefore the resulting raw material has around 85% protein! The protein contained in micellar casein is absorbed for up to six hours, making it an excellent long-term source of nutrients for muscle mass. It is suitable for both men and women.

Recommended dosage: Mix 33 g (2 scoops of 25 ml) in 400 ml of water or skimmed milk in a shaker or blender. Take 1 serving before bed. You can also take a portion before a long period of time (more than 3 hours) when you will not eat. Consume immediately after mixing. The measuring cup included in the product measures volume, not weight. Use scales to measure the dose more accurately. The product is packaged by weight, not by the number of servings. The measuring cup may sink to the bottom during transport.
