NATIVE WHEY thus represents the production of non-denatured, bioactive protein, obtained in a completely different way, where thanks to modern microfiltration technology and several stages ultrafiltration, the protein is isolated directly from fresh milk at a temperature that does not exceed ten degrees Celsius!
