This milk chocolate has a high cocoa content and differs from regular milk chocolate in its lower sugar content and unique bitter milky taste, reminiscent of real hot chocolate (drink). It is an interesting choice for those of us for whom regular milk chocolate is too sweet and dark chocolate is too "cocoa". It is made in Switzerland using the traditional long conching method, thanks to which the initially hidden rich cocoa taste fully stands out and the chocolate acquires a delicate and smooth consistency. The chocolate is sweetened with natural Cristallino cane sugar and scented with real Bourbon vanilla. The product comes from the fair trade project HAND IN HAND. Fair trade guarantees fair remuneration to farmers from developing countries and prohibits slave or child labor.
