Crushed milk thistle fruit Zdravý den®. Milk thistle is an annual or biennial plant. It is also called milk thistle.
It acts as an antioxidant. It supports normal liver function, digestion and purification. It helps normal blood sugar levels and normal heart function. It supports the body's natural defenses and resistance.
Food supplement.
Usage: boil milk thistle tea over low heat for at least 5 minutes. After turning off, let it infuse for another 15 minutes. Milk thistle can be consumed on its own or added to soup, muesli, yogurt, smoothies and other dishes.
Recommended dosage: to prepare tea, put 1 teaspoon in 200 ml of water. Drink the tea twice a day.
