The AF designation stands for Alcohol Free – a preparation with 0% alcohol content. Unique technology and multiple extraction were used in the production. AF tinctures retain the maximum amount of active ingredients, taste and aroma of the herb used.

Milk thistle is an annual or biennial herb growing up to 1.5 m tall. It originates from the dry regions of the Mediterranean and Southeast Asia. It blooms in late June and its purple-red flowers resemble a thistle. For phytotherapeutic purposes, the fruits that develop from the flowers at the end of summer are collected. The fruit is a shiny hard achene. The plant is considered relatively decorative and adaptable, and has become domesticated almost throughout Europe.

Milk thistle regenerates the liver parenchyma, affects the formation and distribution of bile, cleanses the liver, and has an effect on cholesterol and blood sugar levels. It belongs to the group of antioxidants, supports the body's natural defenses and resistance. It contributes to maintaining a healthy heart, liver, digestive system and gallbladder. Its use is recommended during cleansing treatments.

The tincture does not contain any alcohol, dyes or sweeteners.

Traditional use:
After shaking, take 20 drops 3 times a day. We recommend putting it in the mouth and letting it absorb through the mucous membranes. It can be washed down with a small amount of water. The recommended daily dose contains 2,220 mg of fresh plant matter.
