The recommended daily dose contains 300 mg of silymarin, 108 mg of silybin, 22 mg of isosilybin A, B and 52 mg of silydianin and silychristin.
The capsules are made from a standardized extract of the milk thistle plant - Silybum marianum.
Milk thistle is an annual or biennial herb growing up to 1.5 m tall. For phytotherapeutic purposes, the fruits - whole seeds - are collected.
Milk thistle contributes to maintaining normal functions of the digestive system, and has an effect on the function and cleansing of the liver. It acts as an antioxidant, supports the activity of the heart, the natural immunity and resistance of the organism. Normalizes the level of sugar in the blood.
Ingredients: 100% Silybum marianum standardized extract, 375 mg/capsule. Capsule shell HPMC (hypromellose). The capsules are of plant origin, also suitable for vegetarians or vegans.
Recommended dosage: Adults (75 kg) 1 capsule 1× daily. Children are dosed in proportion to their body weight, the contents of the capsule can be emptied and mixed with water. Take 20 min. before meals.
