Use:
Milk thistle contributes to normal digestion, supports liver function and purification. It contributes to the body's natural defenses and resistance.
Classification:
Herbal tea, portioned in infusion bags.
Ingredients:
Milk thistle - fruit (Fructus cardui Mariae) 2000 mg.
Preparation:
Pour 250 ml of boiling water over 1 tea bag and let it steep for 15 minutes. To increase the effect of the tea, boil it for 5 minutes.
Recommended dosage:
maximum 2 cups per day.
