Millet is easily digestible, nutritious and very tasty. Great for baking and porridge with fruit. Try it with honey and nuts… Cereal Millet is peeled and polished grains of sow millet. They are suitable for preparing porridge and for baking, both savoury and sweet.


Ingredients:


Sow millet - millet.


Preparation:


Scald the millet and pour it into boiling salted water. Then cook for about 10 minutes, until soft. Or: Rinse the millet in hot water and let it dry in a sieve. Then dry fry it, pour boiling water, season, cover with a lid and simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes. Then let them stand and mix carefully with a fork.

Store at a temperature of up to 25°C, in the shade and with a relative humidity of up to 70%.
