This delicious fermented miso soup contains only honest ingredients – coarse miso paste made from peas and whole grain rice, shiitake mushrooms, wakame seaweed and a pinch of salt. We can fine-tune it with noodles, herbs or tofu, but it is delicious just like that. You only need to pour hot water over the soup, so its preparation only takes a minute. We can enjoy it at home or on the go. And then there is no such thing as a healthy “instant” soup.
