This mixture of flakes and seeds is the ideal base for homemade muesli, flaky porridge and muesli bars. To prepare muesli, add fresh fruit or nuts and serve with milk, yoghurt, rice or soy drink. To prepare porridge, boil in milk, herbal drink or water and season to taste.

INGREDIENTS: oat flakes 64%, wheat flakes 9%, barley flakes 9%, flax seeds 9%, roasted sesame seeds 4%, sunflower seeds 4%. All ingredients are certified organic.
