Molaskie are whole grain cookies full of sesame and flax seeds, sweetened with natural cane sugar and molasses. This will not only add sweetness, but also the specific taste of sugar cane. The cookies are scented with a secret blend of spices :-). Instead of palm fat, they contain sunflower oil suitable for heat treatment, the flour used is 100% whole grain and oat flakes also provide fiber. Baking soda is used for leavening.
This product is part of the CZECH ORGANIC project, which aims to support organic food made from organically grown ingredients in the Czech Republic, to make the journey of organic food from field to plate transparent and to deepen customer trust in Czech organic food. By purchasing a product from the project, you help develop local organic agriculture and do not support unnecessary long-distance transport of raw materials. The biscuits contain flour from the Pro-Bio mill from Czech grain.
