Morinda officinalis originates from Malaysia and Australia, although it is most widely used in China, India and other parts of Asia.
The use of morinda seems to be very safe. The drink made from morinda root has a spicy, sweet taste.

Traditional use: Briefly rinse 5–10 g of Ba Ti Jian root with a stream of cold water and boil it in 300 ml of water for 15 minutes. Then let it cool to 60 degrees, strain and serve once a day. Thanks to its interesting taste, the root can also be chewed separately.
