The homeland of moringa oleifera is India, the area around the Himalayas. Nowadays, it is found in the tropics and subtropics, where the temperature does not drop below 20 °C. It is a multipurpose plant, from which all parts can be consumed.
The root is used as a substitute for horseradish due to its pungent taste and is able to maintain normal blood glucose levels. Fiber is collected from the bark, from which ropes and mats are made, the branches are a popular food for camels. The seeds from ripe fruits are roasted and taste like nuts. The leaf is the most interesting part of this plant, and it is a traditional part of the diet in the Indian subcontinent and Africa. It is consumed raw, boiled and dried. Moringa is a plant that is used in many tropical cultures.

Recommended dosage:We take 3 capsules 2 times a day, 20 min. before meals.
Ingredients: 100% Moringa oleifera folium, 350 mg/capsule. Capsule shell HPMC (hypromellose). The capsules are of plant origin, also suitable for vegetarians or vegans.
