JUMP INTO A NEW DAY... Whether you're a lark or an owl, it doesn't matter. I'll make your morning wake-up more pleasant. For larks, just for the atmosphere, and for owls, a kick into the next day. Make your daily ritual. And if you wake up at a different time..... it doesn't matter. You can drink it whenever you remember or get up. I like the fresh taste of lemon balm and lemongrass. Mint gives me a peppermint flavor that supports digestion, while chamomile can calm down, which is what's needed. I really only have enough hibiscus for balance, so I don't taste like sorrel. I'm not a sharpie. I have large tea bags for half a liter in me, so you can have a proper pot of tea. Oh, and I have a box made of recycled paper. Instructions on how to prepare me: Throw me in a large mug, pour half a liter of water over me and let me bathe for 10 minutes. Then pull me out and enjoy a delicious tea.Nutritional values
