Multigrain bread 500 g BIO PEMA

PEMA multigrain bread is produced by a traditional German producer of wholegrain rye bread based just across the Czech border on the German side of Smrčine. This bread is unique in that it is made from cereals purchased from local growers based on long-term relationships. Rye, barley and wheat are pre-soaked and then ground, which activates the grain. Thanks to the use of activated grain, own sourdough, lower baking temperature and therefore twice the baking time (compared to the usual industrial process), PEMA brand bread tastes great, is better digestible and stays fresh longer than similar products made from scraps and baked using a standard industrial process.
