Use:

Ingredients:

Chamomile – flower (Flos chamomillae).

Preparation:

Pour 250 ml of boiling water over 1 infusion bag and let it steep for 10 minutes.

Recommended dosage:

2 to 3 cups per day.

Storage:

Store in a dry place at a temperature of up to 25°C.
