Asian wok noodles

Wok noodles are suitable for Asian wok dishes, traditional vegetable or meat recipes, and can also be added to soups. No pre-cooking, ready in 3-4 minutes.

Ingredients: Pasta* (100% durum WHEAT semolina*).

Basic recipe: You need 125 g wok noodles, 250 ml warm water or broth, 300 g meat, 200 g vegetables, oil, salt, pepper and spices. Heat the oil in a wok and fry the meat in it until light brown. Remove the meat from the wok and keep warm. Stir fry the vegetables, season and finally add water (or broth). Add the noodles without pre-cooking and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the noodles have absorbed the liquid. Return the meat and mix thoroughly.
