Ideal for flavoring and softening vegetables, stews, soups, sauces and many other dishes. Also excellent as a low-calorie drinking broth between meals.

Preparation: Simply dissolve 1 teaspoon (=5 g) in 250 ml of hot water or bring to a boil.
