Uses:

Drinking green tea is beneficial for its antioxidant content. Green tea supports normal heart function, affects fat metabolism and cholesterol levels.

Ingredients:

Green tea – leaf (Folium thea sinensis).

Preparation:

Pour 250 ml of water at a temperature of 80°C over 1 infusion bag and let it steep for 3 minutes.

Recommended dosage:

2 to 3 cups per day.

Storage:

Store in a dry place at a temperature of up to 25°C.
