Use:

Nettle supports normal kidney function and the excretion of water from the body. It contributes to the normal condition of the joints and the normal functioning of the vascular system.

Classification:

Dietary supplement. Herbal tea, portioned in infusion bags.

Ingredients:

Stinging nettle - herb (Herba urticae).

Preparation:

Pour 250 ml of boiling water over 1 infusion bag and let it steep for 10 minutes.

Recommended dosage:

Maximum 2 cups per day.

Warning:

Do not consume in case of heart and kidney disease and swelling of any kind. Not intended for children. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children.

Storage:

Store in a dry place at a temperature up to 25°C.
