These flakes were made from natural Italian brown rice. We use them as a base for porridge, muesli mixtures and savory dishes (meatballs, vegetable or meat mixtures, curry...). They are also suitable for gluten-free people. Before consumption, rinse with water and let it soften for a while, or pour hot water or milk over them. We can also boil it briefly.
