Natural rice milk 500 g BIO BIO NEBIO

Our milk rice is a round-grain rice grown in Italy. After cooking, it is soft and slightly sticky and is suitable as a side dish for sauces, rice fillings, casseroles and as a thickener for soups. As the name suggests, we make milk rice from it, mixed desserts and ground it is suitable for preparing porridge. This is natural (brown) rice that has not been stripped of its upper husk. This means on the one hand a longer cooking time, on the other hand a firmer consistency, fuller taste and all the nutritional properties of brown rice.
Basic preparation: Rinse two cups of rice in cold water and add less than two cups of cold water and salt and cook slowly until tender (approx. 30 minutes).
