ABC letter noodles

The noodles are made from type 812 flour. To prepare the dough, the flour is continuously mixed with drinking water and kneaded until the desired consistency is reached, in order to press the dough into the appropriate molds. In the case of drying, it ensures that the noodles do not dry out too quickly and a pleasant surface is created.
