Atlantic coarse sea salt

Our coarse Atlantic sea salt can be used in many ways and will enchant all kinds of dishes. The salt crystals dissolve in hot dishes and give your dishes a delicate piquancy. When ground or sprinkled on cold dishes, you can taste the aroma of the individual salt crystals more intensely and clearly than with fine salt. Numerous fish and meat dishes taste wonderfully different when served sprinkled with a pinch of coarse sea salt or prepared directly in a salt crust. It is also ideal for sprinkling on freshly baked pastries such as pretzels, breadsticks or pretzel sticks.
