Dark milk chocolate Brazil 50%

The famous Trinitario cocoa beans from the state of Bahia in northeastern Brazil are used to make this dark milk chocolate. The particularly strong cocoa flavor gives this Demeter milk chocolate a balanced, intense aroma.

Raw materials from a long-standing cultivation project: The CABRUCA cooperative, which includes around 40 family businesses, cultivates cocoa according to Demeter standards. It is traditionally grown in the shade of native tree species of the Atlantic Forest. The nutritious soil of the rainforest offers ideal conditions for growing Demeter, which means that no additional fertilizers are needed. In addition to sustainable cocoa cultivation, they are committed to preserving the rainforest.
