Dark Chocolate Fine Togo 65%

Cooperatives of small farmers in southwestern Togo grow cocoa, usually the Forastero and Criollo varieties for this fine dark chocolate. The cocoa trees there grow in the shade of larger trees. Immediately after harvest, the cocoa is fermented using traditional methods and dried in the sun.

As with all Naturata chocolates, the natural recipe contains only Fairtrade ingredients from 100% certified organic production, no artificial flavors or emulsifiers!
