Dijon mustard

It is produced using a traditional artisanal process. For this purpose, the Demeter raw materials are first subjected to careful input inspection and cleaning. Then the mustard seeds are roughly crushed by rolling and mixed with water, vinegar, salt and various spices. The resulting mash has enough time to mature. Under the influence of water, enzymes can release essential mustard oils, which are responsible for the typical taste. The spiciness of the mustard is primarily determined by the selection of the mustard seeds.
