Fried banana chips

Bananas from the Philippines and Thailand are harvested when ripe, sliced and then fried in coconut oil. They are then dipped in a mixture of sugar and honey and dried. The chips are suitable as a snack or can be added to muesli, cookies, desserts or sweets.
