Aioli Mayonnaise
Naturata's vegan aioli does not contain eggs. Instead, sunflower protein is used as an emulsifier. It also contains less oil, and therefore has a lower fat and calorie content than Naturata mayonnaise. Locust bean gum and guar gum ensure the right consistency of the cream.
