Balsamic mustard

It is produced using a traditional artisanal process. For this purpose, the Demeter raw materials are first subjected to a careful incoming inspection and cleaning. The mustard seeds are then roughly crushed by rolling and mixed with water, vinegar, salt and various spices. The resulting mash has enough time to mature. The action of water allows enzymes to release essential mustard oils, which are responsible for the typical taste. The spiciness of the mustard is primarily determined by the selection of the mustard seeds. The mustard seeds for Naturata Balsamico mustard come from biodynamic farmers, mainly from Austria. Naturata Balsamic Mustard gets its great taste from the addition of the popular Balsamic di Modena.

Ingredients: Water, balsamic vinegar** 20% (grape must, red wine vinegar), yellow and brown mustard seeds**, sea salt**, cane sugar, paprika*, turmeric*, coriander*, pepper*.
