Spelt lasagna
This pasta is made from spelt flour. When making the dough, the flour is continuously mixed with water and kneaded until the desired consistency is reached so that the dough can be rolled and cut into wide sheets. These are dried in a drying oven for many hours at low temperatures so that the moisture from the lasagna sheets does not evaporate too quickly and to create a smooth, even surface. Finally, the pasta is put into boxes, weighed and packaged.
Naturata spelt lasagna can be used to bake dishes such as Lasagna Bolognese. Their delicate nutty flavor goes well with tomato, bolognese and cream sauces.

Preparation:Alternatively place the uncooked lasagna sheets and the remaining ingredients in a baking dish. Pour the sauce generously over the top layer of pasta and bake at 200 °C for approx. 30-44 minutes.
