Sweet and sour sauce

It is a typical Asian barbecue sauce. It gets its fruity flavor from orange juice concentrate and its spicy flavor from ginger. The sauce has a heat rating of 1 (out of 4) and is one of the milder barbecue sauces. It is especially suitable for Asian dishes or poultry and various vegetarian alternatives. Agave syrup and apple juice concentrate give the sauce a delicate and sweet taste. We use locust bean gum and guar gum as thickeners. High quality organic ingredients are used with lots of love and craftsmanship to make this great product.
