Classic vegetable broth

The yeast extract used is conventional and has an intensely spicy taste that many consumers have learned to be the typical taste of broth. All other agricultural ingredients are organic. Use the broth as a base for soups, to soften sauces and stews, or to flavor vegetable dishes. Also tasty as a drinking broth.

Preparation: Pour 0.5 l of boiling water over one tablespoon (approx. 10 g) of vegetable broth and mix well.
