Wheat germ, deoiled
Wheat germ is the part of a wheat grain from which a new plant sprouts. The small, rounded wheat germs that separate during the milling of the grain are deoiled and freshly packaged. Can be added to hot and cold dishes such as muesli, yogurt, salads or soups.
