Ingredients: Whole milk powder, Emulsifier (soy lecithin), Fat content at least 28%. Allergen information: Contains milk, contains soy. Preparation and use: 32.5 g Nido® + 225 ml water = 250 ml. 32.5 g milk powder and 225 ml water will produce 250 ml of reconstituted milk with 3.7% milk fat. 130 g milk powder and 900 ml water will produce 1 litre of reconstituted milk with 3.7% milk fat. Nutritional values per 100g: Energy 2101kJ / 503kcal / Fat 28.2g of which saturated fatty acids 17.6g / Carbohydrates 36.5g of which sugar 36.5g / Protein 25.7g / Salt 0.9g.
