Goulash soup with beef

Goulash soup is a traditional national dish in Hungary. It takes its name from the Hungarian word Gulyas – which means "herds of meat". We have compiled the recipe for our Ökoland goulash soup entirely according to the example of Hungarian cuisine: Spicy sweet paprika and a high proportion of beef ensure an excellent taste. And when it comes to high-quality meat, you can be sure that our organic farmers consistently ensure species-appropriate breeding and healthy animal feeding. Goulash soup also tastes great as a sauce with rice, pasta or potatoes.
